• Experience in an Aftersales environment is essential.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Numerate, analytical and able to estimate repair times.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the flow of work for the Service team and allocate jobs to meet deadlines.
• Assist the Aftersales Manager with daily operations and departmental performance.
• Support achievement of sales and profit targets while managing costs.
• Ensure job extensions are correctly authorised and processed.
• Handle and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Manage staff performance and development, including assessments and time control.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations and company standards.
