Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Service Manager for a car dealership in Epsom. The role leads a Service Reception team, delivering high standards of customer service and operational efficiency within an established group.

You'll work 45 hours per week (plus Saturdays on a rota) with a basic salary of £38,000–£40,000 and achievable bonuses, with an OTE around £46,000. A car benefit scheme is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior service roles within the motor trade.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle DMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Service Reception to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations and satisfaction.
• Support the Service Department with admin tasks, liaison, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with policies and manufacturer standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
• Assist in training and development of team members.
