The role suits a Senior Sales Negotiator stepping up or an Assistant Sales Manager seeking a fresh challenge, with a basic £29,500 and an OTE £68,400. Company car or car allowance is on offer.

Qualifications

• Residential estate agency experience is essential.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and negotiating sales.
• Experience at Senior Sales Negotiator, Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager level is preferred.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; proactive and target-driven attitude.

People 4 Property are recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful independent estate agency in Morden, South West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a successful Senior Sales Negotiator who is ready to step into management, or an established Assistant Sales Manager looking for a fresh challenge.

You’ll be joining an established, high-performing office where you will work closely with the Branch Manager, helping to drive instructions, sales and overall branch performance while continuing to generate and convert your own business.

The Role As Assistant Sales Manager

• Help drive branch performance, instructions and sales
• Carry out market appraisals and win new instructions
• Proactively generate new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
• Conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers through to successful salesMaintain regular contact with vendors and buyers
• Identify opportunities within the local market
• Support, motivate and develop other members of the sales team
• Help maintain consistently high standards of customer service
• Work collaboratively with surrounding branches to maximise opportunities
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the Morden and surrounding property market
• Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running and performance of the office

About You

We are looking for an experienced residential estate agent who is ambitious, commercially minded and proactive.

You will ideally have:

• Strong experience within residential estate agency sales
• Experience at Senior Sales Negotiator, Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager level
• A proven track record of winning instructions and negotiating sales
• Confidence carrying out market appraisals
• A proactive approach to prospecting and generating new business
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to motivate and support colleagues
• A target-driven and organised approach
• Knowledge of Morden, Merton or the wider South West London market would be advantageous
• A full UK driving licence

This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys the commercial side of estate agency and wants the opportunity to take on greater responsibility while remaining actively involved in valuations, instructions and sales.
