People 4 Property in Cobham is recruiting an Assistant Sales Manager to join a respected independent estate agency. This role is ideal for a Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step up, working closely with the Sales Director to blend hands-on residential sales with leadership duties.
You will manage buyers and sellers, conduct viewings, progress deals, and support daily operations while mentoring juniors. A clear path to Assistant Director or Branch Manager is highlighted.

Working closely with the Sales Director, you will combine hands-on residential sales with team support and operational responsibility, acting as a senior presence within the business while continuing to earn strong personal commission.

The Role Based predominantly in Cobham, you will work alongside the Sales Director and wider sales team, helping to drive performance, maintain high standards and deliver an exceptional service to buyers and sellers.

Salary & Commission Basic salary: £28,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
In addition, you will receive:
OTE circa £60,000 in year one, with the potential to exceed £65,000 in a strong market.
