Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents in Greater London is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager ready to take the next step into a Sales Manager role at one of our strongest branches. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as a Sales Negotiator.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Well organised with an attention to detail.
• A full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to clients and customers as part of a team.
• Maintain contact with a database of potential buyers and vendors.
• Take part in scheduling and delivering Market Appraisals.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings and provide constructive feedback to sellers.
• Encourage offers and negotiate between seller and buyer to reach an agreement.
• Progress the sale through to exchange and completion.
• Identify and prospect for further business opportunities.
• Provide training and support to junior Sales Negotiators

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager ready to take the next step in their career as a Sales Manager for one of our strongest branches. The role of a Sales Manager is an excellent step into management, gaining valuable skills in business development and winning instruction, as well as supporting the Sales Negotiators.

• Responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.
• Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement.
• Progressing the sale through to exchange and completion.
• Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities.
• Providing training and support to junior Sales Negotiators
