RAYNER PERSONNEL in Cobham is seeking a high-performing Sales specialist to support the Sales Director across Cobham, Claygate and Hinchley Wood. The role combines hands-on sales leadership with mentoring and pipeline management.

You will manage buyers and sellers, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and drive progression to completion, with a clear path to Branch Manager. A 9-day fortnight and performance-based earnings enhance the package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior sales roles within estate agency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Full UK driving license and own car.
