Job summary

Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment in Morden seeks an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join its South West London branch. You will support sales performance, mentor the sales team, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

You’ll build relationships with buyers and vendors, conduct valuations and viewings, negotiate offers, and generate new business while delivering outstanding customer service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Residential estate agency experience required.
• Experience at Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager level is essential.
• Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Support management and growth of sales performance across the branch.
• Assist with leading, mentoring and supporting members of the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
• Conduct valuations, property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Generate new business opportunities and secure instructions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to maximise opportunities.
• Support branch targets and contribute to overall business success.
