People 4 Property are recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful independent estate agency in Guildford, Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established estate agent who enjoys selling property, negotiating deals and working within a genuinely busy, high-performing sales office.

With strong levels of residential stock, excellent earning potential and uncapped commission, this role would particularly suit someone who feels they have outgrown their current office or wants their performance to be better rewarded.

The Role As Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play an important part in the success of the branch and will be responsible for:

• Registering and qualifying buyers
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Following up viewings and identifying opportunities
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Generating new business and identifying potential instructions
• Progressing agreed sales and helping to keep transactions moving

About You We are looking for an experienced estate agent who is confident, proactive and commercially minded.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within residential estate agency sales
• Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• A proactive approach to generating new business
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• The ability to manage a busy pipeline effectively
• A professional and personable approach
• A full UK driving licence
