You will support the Sales Manager, drive valuations, listings and sales, and contribute to the growth of the sales team. A strong listing background and proactive approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience within the residential estate agency sector.
• Proven experience winning listings and generating new business.
• Strong knowledge of property valuations and the sales process.
• Previous experience supporting or mentoring colleagues would be advantageous.
• Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Professional presentation with a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service.
