The Role:

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader dedicated to creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts, and driving performance at both individual and restaurant levels.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage shifts, plan schedules, and work closely with the team, coaching on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about the restaurant's financial performance
• Can recognize and celebrate great performance during shifts
