Candidate Requirements:

• Passionate about supporting and developing your team while maintaining high standards
• Experience in running shifts, planning staff coverage, and coaching on the go
• Understanding of managing labor, rotas, and an eagerness to learn about financial performance
• Able to recognize and celebrate team achievements during shifts
