Job summary

Wendy's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive a high-performing team. Under the Restaurant General Manager, you will focus on staffing, training, scheduling, coaching, and development to build a 5-star crew.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership in fast-paced food service, at least 1 year in line operations and management, and flexibility for a 45-hour week. You will travel to support multiple locations as needed and contribute to achieving sales

Qualifications

• Experience leading people, ideally in a fast-paced food service environment.
• At least 1 year in line operations with ability to lead and manage operations.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Flexibility to work 45-hour weeks and be available all day parts/days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the Restaurant General Manager.
• Staffing, training and scheduling to build a 5-star team.
• Coach and develop team members to grow.
• Use scheduling to ensure the right coverage at the right times.
• Be the face of the restaurant to new hires and crew members.
• Drive store sales and profit to meet targets.
