Job summary

Wendy's Brighton is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help steer daily operations, lead a motivated team and ensure guests leave with a smile. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to keep the restaurant buzzing and maintain a fast-paced, fun environment.

We’re seeking hands-on leaders with at least 1 year in a QSR management role, capable of coaching staff, designing smart schedules, and driving great results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in QSR.
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
• Availability for a 45-hour week across all day parts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to keep the restaurant running at peak efficiency.
• Own staffing, training and scheduling to build an outstanding crew.
• Spot rising stars and coach them to reach their potential.
• Create smart schedules to have the right people at the right times.
• Be the friendly, approachable leader for new hires and the team.
• Drive energy to boost sales and guest satisfaction.
