Job summary

Wendy's Lincoln - 13875 is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations under the Restaurant General Manager. You will oversee staff, scheduling, training and performance, and act as the face of the restaurant to the team and guests.

You’ll drive staffing, coaching, and development, with a focus on achieving 5-star teamwork, operational efficiency, and sales growth. Travel to other locations may be required; a flexible, full-time schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people, even better if you did it in a food service environment.
• 1 year of line operations experience; with demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of management experience
• Flexibility to work 45-hour work weeks – must be available all day parts and days of the week.

Responsibilities

• Under the leadership of the Restaurant General Manager, manage daily operations and staff.
• Lead staffing, training and scheduling to build a 5-star team.
• Identify talent and coach your team to grow.
