The Wendy's Company is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment in London. You will collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to keep the restaurant buzzing, hire, train and schedule staff, and create a high-energy team dedicated to guest satisfaction.

You will coach and develop others, build a 5-star crew, and ensure smooth execution across all shifts while driving performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in QSR or fast-casual environments.
• Proven track record of leading teams to success and growing talent.
• Willingness to work a 45-hour week across all day parts and days.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Restaurant General Manager to keep operations smooth and energised.
• Own staffing, training and scheduling to build a strong crew.
• Coach and develop staff, spotting rising stars and guiding their growth.
• Create smart schedules ensuring coverage at peak times.
• Be the friendly leader guests and team rely on every shift.
• Drive energy to boost sales, delight guests and achieve strong results.
