Wendy's Sale is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, mentor a talented team and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to keep the restaurant buzzing with strong leadership and energy across shifts.

You’ll own staffing, training and scheduling, spot future leaders, and create schedules that optimize coverage. This role blends people development with a fast-paced environment and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of management experience in the QSR industry.
• Leadership: Proven track record of guiding teams to success.
• Flexibility: 45-hour week with availability across all day parts and days.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Restaurant General Manager to ensure the restaurant runs at its best daily.
• Own staffing, training and scheduling to build an outstanding crew.
• Spot rising stars and coach them to level up through development.
• Create smart schedules that place the right people at the right time.
