Cornwall Staff Agency Ltd is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager near Falmouth, Cornwall to lead a busy restaurant and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role offers up to £37,000 plus Tronc/Service Charge and benefits, with the rural location and own transport noted as a preference.

As Restaurant Manager you will drive sales, manage staff costs, ensure hygiene and service standards, and collaborate with hotel management to support events and wider operations.

Qualifications

• Previous Restaurant Manager or supervisory experience required.

Near Falmouth, Cornwall

A luxury four-star country house hotel in Cornwall is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its team.

Set within 65 acres of beautiful grounds overlooking the Helford River, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead a busy restaurant operation and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Please note: Due to the hotel's rural location near Falmouth, own transport is preferred.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team.
• Manage the day-to-day restaurant operation.
