Ingliston Country Club & Hotel's Palomino’s restaurant is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our award-winning team. The role involves supporting the Restaurant Manager, preparing rotas, and ensuring daily operation and guest service.

Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a similar role, strong organisational and leadership skills, and the ability to work weekends and evenings on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and support the Restaurant Manager
• Prepare and allocate rotas

• Manage daily operation of the restaurant
• Welcome guests and deliver exceptional customer service
• Follow opening and closing procedures

Palomino’s at Ingliston Country Club & Hotel is an award-winning busy and popular restaurant with a team to match.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, Your Role Includes

• Working alongside and supporting the Restaurant Manager
• Preparation and allocation of rotas
• Team briefings (pre- and post-shift)
• Close Liaison with the kitchen
• Overseeing bookings on our booking system Open table
• Responsible for daily operation of the Restaurant
• Welcoming all guests and delivering exceptional customer service
• Following opening and closing of the business procedures
• Managing and directing staff members
• Communicating with the wider team on any important issues and ideas
• Handling and resolving feedback or issues as they arise

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• At least 1 year experience working within a similar role
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team with great interpersonal and communication skills
• Available to work weekend and evening shifts on a rota basis
