Scotsman Group is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations of our vibrant dining area. The role focuses on delivering high standards of customer service, leading teams, and driving the restaurant's success.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, enjoy teamwork, and be available for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
