We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, deliver consistently high standards of customer service, and mentor staff to maintain excellence across our venues in Glasgow and beyond.

• Experience in a similar role.
• Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
