Job summary

Taco Bell in Leeds is hiring an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations with energy and guest focus.

You will coach Shift Managers and Team Members, drive memorable guest experiences, ensure food quality and safety, manage performance, and pursue growth with a strong Live Mas mindset. This is a full‑time, permanent role with a clear path to Restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Understanding of P&L, sales performance, and operational standards.
• Willingness to learn and progression into the RGM role.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members, creating a culture that embodies Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour.
• Partner with the RGM to ensure every customer interaction reflects our QXR commitment.
• Support the management of daily operations, food quality, safety, and compliance.
• Help drive sales growth and profit through strong team performance and operational focus.
• Lead by example and embody Live Mas values every shift.
