Job summary

Taco Bell UK is hiring an Assistant Restaurant General Manager in Leeds to lead a busy team and deliver the Live Mas guest experience. You’ll coach Shift Managers and Team Members, drive operational excellence, and partner with the RGM to reflect our QXR commitment in every guest interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• A Live Mas attitude - Someone who leads with energy, authenticity, and genuine passion for the brand
• Mas Heart in action - You have experience coaching and developing team members; you build strong relationships and create belonging
• Proven leadership - Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Business mindset - Understanding of P&L, sales performance, and operational standards
• Hunger to grow - Willingness to learn and desire for progression into the RGM role
