Job summary

Taco Bell - Robin Leisure Park, Wigan seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead and develop the restaurant team in a high-energy QXR environment. You will champion the Live Mas culture, coach a diverse crew, and drive customer experience to create memorable moments beyond transactions.

You will own the restaurant's P&L, lead sales growth, and ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards while delivering a strong, positive guest experience and fostering team development and engagement.
