Job summary

Citadines City Centre Liverpool is seeking a confident and experienced Assistant Residence Manager to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations and lead the team with the Citadines brand.

You will work closely with key stakeholders (Revenue, Sales, Finance, HR, Reservations) to achieve occupancy, desired rate, service standards and financial compliance while maintaining guest satisfaction and staff development.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as Head of Department (HOD).
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team while living the Citadines brand.
• Ensure compliance in service standards, financials, and property maintenance.
• Support guest feedback management and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Finance, HR, Reservations to achieve occupancy and rate targets.
• Encourage innovation and enhance guest experience among the team.
• Oversee operations across Front Office, Maintenance, Housekeeping and F&B.
