Job summary

Citadines South Kensington is seeking an experienced and confident Residence Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and guest services. You will report to the Operations Area Manager, managing the property team and driving commercial performance while upholding brand standards.

This role offers career development, a focus on sustainability, and opportunities to enhance guest experience across the residence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ management experience in hospitality or serviced-apartment sectors.
• Experience in Front Office with revenue management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the residence to meet guest service and compliance standards.
• Develop and manage the property team, fostering a productive work environment.
• Own the property's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis.
• Drive guest satisfaction by reviewing feedback and implementing improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Finance, HR and other functions to deliver the business plan.
• Ensure health & safety, maintenance and policy compliance and manage crises.
• Support long-term property development and sustainability initiatives.
