Cardiff Metropolitan University is seeking an Assistant Registry Officer to support enrolment, student records and finance processes. You will work with colleagues across the university and external bodies to ensure accurate data and smooth student experiences from entry to graduation.
You will manage and update enrolment and programme administration records, provide customer support to students and staff, and contribute to ongoing system improvements and data quality throughout Registry

As an Assistant Registry Officer (Enrolment, Data Management and Systems), you'll join a friendly and dedicated team responsible for supporting student enrolment, student record and student finance activities. You'll work closely with colleagues across the University, as well as external organisations such as the Student Loans Company, helping to ensure students are enrolled accurately and receive the support they need to begin and continue their studies successfully.
