We're looking for a Student Advisor (Money Support) to deliver specialist student money advice and tuition fee debt support, helping students navigate financial challenges and remain engaged with their studies. Using a structured case-management approach, you'll work closely with students and colleagues across multiple teams to identify barriers, develop tailored support plans and agree sustainable solutions. You'll play a key role in supporting student success and retention while helping the University manage tuition fee debt effectively, consistently and fairly.

With a strong understanding of the factors that can affect student success, you'll be able to assess individual circumstances, make informed decisions and contribute to positive outcomes for students.
