Qualifikationen

• Studying or recently qualified in surveying.
• Must carry a valid CSCS card.
• Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail for budgets and valuations.
• Methodical, organised and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel; able to produce professional correspondence.

Aufgaben

• Assist with maintaining cost control throughout development.
• Assist with accurate costing for each aspect of site development.
• Assist with compiling reports on costs and cash flows using the support systems available.
• Assist with preparation of tenders and procurement of sub-contractors using Group Tender procedures.
• Process Subcontract orders, payments and variations using Excel and COINS.
• Understand and assist with evaluation and agreement of variations and instruction.
• Assist with controlling all commercial aspects for respective RSL's.
• Attend team meetings and provide ad hoc administrative support.
• Maintain filing systems and databases and ensure compliance with Group Policies.
