Versa Consulting Limited in Bristol is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team on reactive maintenance and minor works projects.

You will assist with tender prep, valuations, variations and final accounts, carry out site measurements, and help maximise project performance while maintaining records. Flexible hybrid working is offered with competitive benefits and ongoing training to support your early career development.

Qualifications

• Degree completed or currently studying Quantity Surveying, or HNC/HND qualified.
• Some Quantity Surveying experience within construction, maintenance or minor works.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Commercially aware with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with tender preparation, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Supporting the commercial team in delivering framework and minor works projects.
• Carrying out site measurements and monitoring project progress.
• Preparing applications for payment and subcontractor valuations.
• Maintaining accurate site records and commercial documentation.
• Attending site and subcontractor meetings.
• Working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance and minimise risk.
• Supporting CVR reporting and commercial strategy implementation.
