Junior / Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor

£40,000 – £50,000 basic salary. Surrey – Hybrid (office, site & home).

What will you be doing?
  • Supporting commercial delivery across live power and infrastructure projects
  • Assisting with cost control, valuations, variations and reporting
  • Working across both JCT and NEC4 contracts
  • Gaining exposure to EV infrastructure, cabling and groundworks projects
  • Supporting the full commercial lifecycle from pre‑construction through to final accounts
  • Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Directors and Clients
Where you’ll be doing it

You’ll be joining a growing contractor operating within the power and infrastructure sector. The business delivers electrical infrastructure projects using an in‑house delivery model that combines electrical installation and specialist civil engineering. With a strong project pipeline and clear growth plans, this is an environment where junior staff are given responsibility early and supported to progress quickly.

  • Experience as a Junior, Assistant or Graduate Quantity Surveyor
  • A genuine interest in power, infrastructure or civils projects
  • An understanding of commercial processes and cost control
  • The ability to work across office, site and home environments
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
