Job summary

Select Appointments is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in the United Kingdom to support the Commercial team. You will assist with measurement, valuation, procurement, cost reporting and contract administration while gaining mentorship across a variety of construction projects.

The role requires a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field, plus QS exposure, knowledge of contracts, and strong Excel/communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Experience in construction or QS
• Knowledge of construction contracts
• Proficient in Excel and communication
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery across measurement & valuation, procurement, cost reporting, and contract administration
• Work with mentors on diverse construction projects
• Assist in preparing cost reports and valuations
• Assist with procurement activities and contract administration
