Job summary

Ernest And Florent LTD in Central London is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a boutique construction and property consultancy, delivering Cost Management services across pre and post contract work.

You will work with a small senior team on residential development, private residential and commercial projects, gaining exposure to cost benchmarking, procurement advice, risk and value management, and cashflow management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 2+ years of experience within a consultancy environment.
• Ideally working towards APC / keen to begin the process.
• Experience across residential development, private residential and/or commercial sectors is beneficial but not essential.
• Ambitious, confident and eager to develop your career.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team with the full scope of Cost Management services, pre and post contract.
• Contribute to cost benchmarking, procurement advice, risk and value management, cashflow management and final account negotiations.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a well-known, London-based multi-disciplinary SME that work across three core areas; residential development, private residential and commercial.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with the senior team to provide the full scope of Cost Management services, both pre and post contract, such as cost benchmarking, procurement advice, risk and value management, cashflow management and final account negotiations.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors Requirements
