Job description

An established, successful modular and refurb contractor, are looking to recruit an ambitious Assistant QS for their commercial team.

With tenders won leading into 2025, they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to initially provide support on projects in a wide range of properties in all major sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, leisure and historic restorations (new builds, refurbishments and fitouts!) which are already live.

In your role as Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be supporting a Commercial team lead by a Commercial Director and Managing Quantity Surveyors within the team, costing for projects.

If you are successful in your application, as Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will become an integral member of a dynamic Commercial team within a company that offer a good package, a close-knit team, and the opportunity to work on unique projects, as well as a long-term path to moving into a more Senior role.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have prior experience as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.

Requirements for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position:

• Previous experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction.
• Full UK Driving License and own car preferred
• You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
