Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant/ Deputy Manager in a similar branded pub environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team.
• Willingness to deputise for the GM and develop through Aspire programme.

Responsabilités

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's
• Inspire and motivateyour pub team on every shift
• Be passionateabout doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
