Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy pub team, drive guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards while stepping up for the General Manager. You will train, coach and motivate staff, ensuring a welcoming environment and daily smooth operations.

As a key part of the management team, you’ll manage shifts, support KPI delivery, and demonstrate leadership that inspires guests to return. Progression through Aspire and a path toward a General Manager role is available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a pub/brand-branded team.
• Ability to drive KPI performance and deliver guest satisfaction.
• Proven track record of developing teams and managing shifts.

Aufgaben

• Support the GM in achieving financial and KPI targets.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Ensure consistent guest experiences and brand standards.
• Take accountability for operations when deputising for the GM.
• Bring prior assistant/deputy management experience in branded environments.
