Marston’s Plc is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team. You will lead and motivate staff, support the General Manager, and help deliver memorable moments for guests while driving commercial KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and motivating a pub team
• Proven ability to step up in absence of General Manager
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift
• Be accountable for the pub's operation when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded enviroment
