You’ll lead from the front to motivate staff, drive guest experience, and support the General Manager in achieving key KPIs. Flexible hours and progression opportunities are offered as part of Marston’s Aspire development.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like branded environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Proven track record in achieving KPI milestones and delivering guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
