Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our local pub team. You’ll help run the business, lead from the front, and ensure memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back. You’ll support the General Manager on key metrics and develop your team across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the GM isn’t around and lead from the front to create memorable guest experiences.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar branded environment
