Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around, leading from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub team in a branded environment.
• Ability to step up for the General Manager when required.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets guests coming back for more.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
