We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded property business looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their residential Estate Management team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has a good grounding in residential property management and is looking to broaden their experience, take on more responsibility and continue developing their career within Estate Management.
Previous experience within Estate Management would be ideal; however, we are equally interested in strong candidates from other areas of residential property management who have the right transferable experience and are keen to develop their knowledge in this area.
Working alongside experienced Property Managers, you will support the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, dealing with residents and leaseholders and gaining exposure to a broad range of estate and leasehold management responsibilities.
Please note: The role will initially be office-based, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation. Applicants should be based within approximately a 45-minute commute of Seven Sisters.
This is a varied position where you will support the Property Management team with the effective day-to-day management and administration of residential estates.
Key responsibilities will include:
As your experience develops, there will be the opportunity to broaden your responsibilities and build your technical knowledge across residential Estate Management.
You will already have experience working within residential property and be ready for an opportunity where you can continue developing your career.
Ideally, you will have some previous Estate Management experience. However, you may currently be working within Block Management, Leasehold Management or another area of residential Property Management and be looking for an opportunity to move into or gain greater exposure to Estate Management.
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience of service charges, leasehold management, LPE1 packs, arrears or Section 20 procedures would be advantageous, but we are happy to consider strong property candidates who have not yet gained experience across all of these areas.
This could be a particularly good opportunity for someone who has built a solid foundation within residential Property Management and is now looking for greater exposure to Estate Management and the opportunity to develop their career further.
