Job summary

GCB Agency Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established lettings team in Cromer. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties from move‑in through tenancy end, acting as the main contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.

The role offers a basic salary of £28,000–£32,000, opportunities for career progression, ongoing training, a supportive team environment and holiday entitlement. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Arrange maintenance and repairs, obtain quotations, and ensure works are completed efficiently
• Carry out routine property inspections and follow up on any required actions
• Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit negotiations
• Handle maintenance issues and resolve landlord and tenant queries
• Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures
• Maintain accurate property records and update internal systems
• Work closely with the lettings team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Property Manager Requirements

• Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential
• Strong knowledge of residential property management and current lettings legislation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence preferred
