Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take the lead in a high‑performing team? A highly respected, independent estate agency with a strong presence in East London is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a thriving residential portfolio and help shape the future of their property management division.

Hybrid Working – 3 days working from home, 2 days in the office

Base pay range: £56,000.00‑£65,000.00

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Essex
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Leading and mentoring a small team of Property Managers
• Ensuring full compliance with lettings regulations and best practices
• Overseeing tenancy renewals, maintenance issues, and contractor relationships
• Liaising closely with lettings and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations

What You’ll Bring

• Strong working knowledge of ASTs, deposit legislation, and compliance requirements
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
