Salary: £40-44,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm

We are now seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join our Estate Management Team.
As a Property Manager, you will manage an allocated portfolio of residential buildings, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, excellent client service, and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, managing budgets, liaising with contractors and residents, conducting site visits, and ensuring health & safety standards are met.
This is a key role within our organisation, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of landlord and tenant law, health and safety legislation, building maintenance, finance, and project management.
