Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is partnering with a London-based company that designs, develops and delivers first-class Home Fragrance and Beauty products to world-leading retailers. They are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join their team and support product development, sample management, project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with the Product Manager and product teams to manage critical paths, coordinate samples, and help with packaging and supplier

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in buying/product management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Manager in managing the critical path and deadlines.
• Coordinate sample deliveries and track movement between teams, clients and factories.
• Support in processing, labelling, photographing, and logging samples for marketing, press and Ecommerce.
• Ensure samples are organized for meetings and maintain a tidy sample area.
• Update product, packaging and labelling documents and assist with supplier communications.
