Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is partnering with a London-based company that designs, develops and delivers first-class Home Fragrance and Beauty products to world-leading retailers. They are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join their team and support product development, sample management, project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with the Product Manager and product teams to manage critical paths, coordinate samples, and help with packaging and supplier

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in buying/product management.
Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist Product Manager in managing the critical path and deadlines.
Coordinate sample deliveries and track movement between teams, clients and factories.
Support in processing, labelling, photographing, and logging samples for marketing, press and Ecommerce.
Ensure samples are organized for meetings and maintain a tidy sample area.
Update product, packaging and labelling documents and assist with supplier communications.
