The ideal graduate has office administration experience, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), superb time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced design/import environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Manager in managing the critical path and deadlines with Merchandiser and Product Developer.

• Support in processing, labelling, photographing, and logging received samples for marketing, press, and Ecommerce.
• Ensure samples are organized for meetings and maintain a tidy sample area.
• Update product, packaging, and labelling documents and assist in checking packaging artworks and supplier communications.

A London based company that design, develop and deliver first class Home Fragrance and Beauty products to world-leading retailers is looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join their team.

Working closely with the Product Manager and product teams, you will be responsible for assisting in product development, sample management, project coordination, critical path management, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist Product Manager in managing the critical path, ensuring deadlines are met alongside Merchandiser and Product Developer.
• Coordinate sample deliveries, collections, and track sample movement between teams, clients, and factories.
• Support in processing, labelling, photographing, and logging received samples for marketing, press, and Ecommerce.
• Ensure samples are organized for meetings and maintain a tidy sample checking area.
• Update product, packaging, and labelling documents, and support in checking product packaging artworks and supplier communications.
