You will coordinate product samples, manage orders, track deliveries and keep inventory records accurate, acting as the link between internal teams and external partners to move samples and orders efficiently through the business.

Our client is a global fashion and lifestyle brand seeking a Sample Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced product environment and is available to start immediately.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating product samples, managing orders, tracking deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory records. Acting as a key link between internal teams and external partners, you're ensure samples and orders move efficiently through the business.

We’re looking for candidates with direct sample management and order management experience, gained within fashion, footwear, apparel or consumer goods. Strong organisational and Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key.

This is a fixed-term contract requiring someone who is immediately available or available at short notice. Ideal backgrounds include Sample Coordinator, Product Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Production Coordinator or Wholesale Operations Coordinator.
