Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is recruiting a Technologist - Home Fragrance in London for a hands-on, end-to-end product development role. You will support development from concept through to shipment, collaborating with global factories, retailers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a technical background, excellent organisation and strong attention to detail, with experience coordinating testing and documentation. Offshore manufacturing experience is advantageous for this role in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar technical role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with offshore manufacturing sites.
• Experience with home fragrance, global retailers or retailer platforms is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical documentation from concept to shipment.
• Coordinate testing and sampling activities with internal teams and factories.
• Review product risks and ensure mitigation actions are tracked.
• Upload and maintain technical data for products.
• Keep projects moving against key deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
