Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in beauty, home fragrance, home-care or cosmetics product development.
• Solid knowledge of raw materials, basic formulations, fragrance development, packaging and manufacturing processes.
• Confident communicator with experience managing international suppliers.
• Highly organized with strong project and critical-path management skills.
• Detail-oriented with QA, testing and compliance familiarity.
• Commercially aware and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead the product development journey from concept to final product across beauty and home fragrance categories.
• Collaborate with design and commercial teams to turn ideas into commercially viable products.
• Oversee prototypes, lab dips, and production samples ensuring high standards of quality, aesthetics and functionality.
• Build and maintain partnerships with international suppliers and factories, managing costs, lead times and MOQs.
• Own the product development critical path and coordinate sampling, approvals and production timelines.
• Ensure materials and products comply with technical, regulatory and ethical standards.
• Support cost negotiations and margin management and develop tailored private-label ranges.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity and category innovations.
