Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in beauty, home fragrance, home-care or cosmetics product development.
• Solid knowledge of raw materials, basic formulations, fragrance development, packaging and manufacturing processes.
• Confident communicator with experience managing international suppliers.
• Highly organized with strong project and critical-path management skills.
• Detail-oriented with QA, testing and compliance familiarity.
• Commercially aware and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development journey from concept to final product across beauty and home fragrance categories.

What You'll Do

Product Development

• Lead the product development journey from concept to final product across beauty and home fragrance categories.
• Collaborate closely with design and commercial teams to turn creative ideas into commercially viable products.
• Oversee prototypes, lab dips, and production samples, ensuring products meet the highest standards in quality, aesthetics, and functionality.

Supplier & Factory Relationships

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with international suppliers and factories, sourcing fragrances, wax blends, formulations, packaging, and components.
• Manage costs, lead times, MOQs, and production requirements to hit business targets.
• Ensure all materials and products comply with technical, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Project Management

• Take ownership of the product development critical path, keeping projects on track.
• Coordinate sampling, approvals, and production timelines, keeping both internal teams and external partners informed.
• Anticipate potential risks and provide practical solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.

Quality, Compliance & Sustainability

• Work closely with quality and technical teams to ensure products meet safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Approve components, formulations, fragrances, packaging, and finished samples.
• Support ethical and sustainable sourcing initiatives aligned with our values.

Commercial Responsibilities

• Assist with cost negotiations and margin management.
• Work with clients and retail partners to develop tailored private-label ranges.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and category innovations to help guide product direction.

What you will have

• 10+ years' experience in beauty, home fragrance, home-care, or cosmetics product development (brand, supplier, or retailer experience).
• Solid knowledge of raw materials, basic formulations, fragrance development, packaging, and manufacturing processes.
