Soho House is seeking a Buying Admin Assistant to support the Buying & Product Development team in Soho Home. You will help manage the product development lifecycle, keep data up to date, and coordinate samples and showroom preparations for key meetings.

You will be an excellent communicator, collaborative, and organised, with a calm, professional approach in a dynamic retail environment as Soho Home expands into new markets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Buying & Product Development department.
• Manage critical path tasks and product lifecycle administrative work.
• Maintain development trackers and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Support in trade preparation and competitive analysis for seasonal sign-offs.
• Coordinate prototype and finalisation meetings, including boards and showroom setup.
• Handle sample requests, shipments, and stock across sites.
• Create sample SKUs/labels and ensure timely handover to Creative team.
• Record Product Specification Sheets and copy data to internal systems.
• Assist with customer service queries to achieve best resolutions.
• Coordinate sample sales with the wider Buying & Product Development team.
